Paid media management

One budget, planned across platforms, structured so each does the job it is genuinely good at rather than competing for the same click.

Paid media management is the planning, buying and continuous optimisation of advertising across search, social, native and AI surfaces, measured against a commercial outcome. In practice that means deciding where each rupee goes, building account structures that can actually be read, testing creative on a schedule, and reporting results against your revenue rather than against what the platforms claim for themselves.

What we run

Google Ads

Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube built as a single account rather than four that bid against each other. As a Google Partner we get platform changes and beta access slightly ahead of the general release, which matters more in a year when the interface changes every quarter.

Meta

Facebook and Instagram, using Advantage+ where it earns its place and manual campaigns where it does not. Creative is tested on a fixed fortnightly cycle, because on paid social the creative is the targeting and a stale library caps performance no matter how the bids are set.

Taboola and native

Native and discovery inventory beyond search and social. Useful when search demand is capped, when social is saturated, or when a product needs explaining before anyone will buy it.

ChatGPT Ads

Self-serve buying in ChatGPT opened up in India this year. Targeting works by country and by conversational context rather than by keyword or demographic, which means the strength of the offer carries weight that audience settings used to carry. It is early and inventory is cheap, which makes it worth a test budget for most brands and a serious line item for a few.

How the work is structured

  • Account structure rebuilt so campaigns have enough volume to learn
  • Budget allocated by incremental return, not by platform habit
  • Creative testing on a fixed cycle with a documented winner each round
  • Feed management for shopping and catalogue campaigns
  • Weekly written updates and a monthly review against agreed targets

Who this suits

Brands spending over ₹5 lakh a month who want to know what the spend returned, and who are willing to give an agency read access to their revenue data so the reporting can be honest. It suits businesses less well if the goal is brand awareness with no commercial metric attached, because that is not what we are set up to measure.

Common questions

How much does paid media management cost?

Fees are a percentage of managed spend or a flat monthly retainer, depending on account size and complexity. We work best with brands spending over Rs 5 lakh a month on media. The audit is free and carries no obligation.

How long before we see results?

Tracking and structural fixes usually show up within two to four weeks. A fair read on performance takes about ninety days, because campaigns need to exit the learning phase and creative needs at least two full test cycles.

Do you work with Shopify and WooCommerce stores?

Yes. Most of our D2C accounts run on Shopify or WooCommerce, and we handle the server-side tracking, Conversions API and product feed setup for both.

Can you take over an existing account?

Yes, and it is the more common situation. Accounts stay under your ownership. We audit first, then agree what gets rebuilt and what gets left alone.
